We take great care in picking good cottons and linens, and when necessary synthetic fabrics.
The embroidery thread is 100% nylon for durability and lasting color.
Special attention is taken with details and proper procedures. Procedures are updated regularly.
Thus when the image is completed, we check for stray threads.
The product is inspected and folded and packaged for your enjoyment.
Please take care in choosing your products & images, our refund policy is good for only 30 days from the time of purchase
Radical Shades wants you to be satisfied, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item within 30 days of the purchase and we will gladly refund your money.
Unless:
The Item has been worn, washed, and/or stained.
The item has been damaged in any manner.
The item must be in the original packaging with the original packing slip/invoice to receive the refund.
