Radical Shades: Policies
Our Items go through quality control inspection to make sure the loose embroidery threads are cut so that the customer has a quality looking product. We then fold the item to give the best presentation for you upon arrival.
Each shipment of towels or linens may vary slightly in color. We do our best to stay consistent with the colors we want to use, since we have to buy from various vendors, we cannot guarantee the shades of colors we receive. We will do our best to provide you with the best representation of the colors available from the photos.
Please take care in choosing your products and images.
Radical Shades wants you to be satisfied, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item within 30 days of the purchase and we will gladly refund your money. (The exact cost of the Invoice)
Unless:
The Item has been worn, washed, and/or stained.
The item has been damaged in any manner.
The item must be in the original packaging with the original packing slip/invoice to receive the refund.
